Foreign degree students entering from academic year 2025 onward, including eligible Chinese preparatory students transferring into a bachelor’s degree. This listing’s application window is for new Spring 2027 admission, not the continuing-student refund process.

Admission application documents for new students. For renewals: scholarship application form, university-verified attendance/conduct/academic records, and TOCFL B1 proof when the relevant semester requires it.

First-semester direct fee reduction; subsequent applications require eligibility verification, Scholarship Committee review and presidential approval.

Semesters 2–4: prior-semester attendance at least 80%. Semesters 5–8 also require TOCFL B1 or above. Reapply each semester, pay full fees first, then receive the approved refund. Maximum eight consecutive semesters.

Overseas Chinese, exchange and extended-study students are excluded. Other internal scholarships cannot be combined except Academic Scholarships. Government/external scholarship overlap reduces this award. Failure to register, leave, withdrawal, serious disciplinary violations or more than 45 hours of absence can cancel aid.
