Enrolled at Toyo University with Student residence status on the applicable reference date; privately financed and in financial difficulty; family support excluding tuition must be JPY 120,000 per month or less; must meet the published registration, academic-progress, study-duration, conduct, and non-duplication requirements.

Complete subject registration and the designated ToyoNet-ACE survey; meet financial, residence-status, academic-performance, credit, normal-duration, conduct, and scholarship compatibility requirements.

Eligibility and the reduction rate are determined from the student's application and academic results under the published GPA and credit thresholds.

Reassessed by application and academic results for each scholarship period, within the normal four-year/eight-semester undergraduate duration. Continuing tiers require the published GPA and cumulative-credit thresholds.

Government scholarship students, Sports Incentive Scholarship recipients, students without Student residence status on the reference date, students outside the normal study duration, and students subject to specified disciplinary or dismissal conditions are ineligible. Eligibility is suspended during leave and can be restored after the prescribed return procedure.
