- The application requires the following items (detailed instructions listed on the application form): - Completed online CFIP Application Form - English Essay (250 words) - Chinese Essay (200 characters) - Your Most Recent Transcript (unofficial or official) Please ask your Chinese language instructor to submit the following to the URI Chinese Flagship Immersion Program (flagship@etal.uri.edu) directly: - One Letter of Recommendation (Non-URI applicants only) - Student Proficiency Interview Rubric (Non-URI applicants only) Application Deadline: April 1st ### Admission & Payment Admission decisions will be sent to applicants in mid-April and on a rolling basis for applications received after the April 1 deadline.
