In-State Tuition for Out-Of-State Students This grant enables out-of-state resident students to pay the equivalent of Kentucky in-state tuition by subtracting it from their tuition bill.

- All awards listed are renewable.

- Out-of-state students enrolled in 100% online degree programs are not eligible for admissions scholarships.
